The location of the development is situated on the currently vacant garden area
on the western end of the existing motel property.
The
Development
The Riverview Luxury Townhouse development will comprises of eight, two story
townhouses with associated car-parking, open air garages and open space.
The townhouses will be simple, elegant and have a timeless aesthetic
attractive to a wide range of potential buyers.
Materials and finishes will be selected for their high quality,
robustness and preference will be given to those materials that require minimal
on-going maintenance.
The individual townhouses will be available for sale off the
plan for private occupation or leaseback through the motel for short term
accommodation.
Townhouses in the letting pool will have the capacity to be
let in a twin key set up thereby letting each level of the units separately,
maximising sales of the units to tourists and short term accommodation seekers
and keeping the price point at an attractive level for the short term
